About Sarah Gayer

Sarah is a Charter Mediator and provides mediation in the workplace, family and elder matters. Sarah has extensive experience in mediation, mediation training, alternative dispute resolution, organizational facilitation and conflict resolution. She works with organizations in mediating conflict, coaching, conducting investigations and providing training. With individuals, couples and groups, she mediates conflicts, assists in parenting plans, prepares clients for financial disclosure, provides conflict coaching. With elders and their families, Sarah provides an opportunity for the elder to be heard. She is also a facilitator, circle facilitator, conflict coach and investigator and mediator in such areas as human rights, harassment and duty to accommodate.
