A Great Local Resource for Small Businesses
Did you know that Markham Public Library offers some fantastic FREE resources for entrepreneurs and small businesses?
Even better, the Markham Village Library is just down the street from The Village Hive, making it an incredibly convenient resource for our Markham community.
One of our favourite offerings is MPL’s collection of digital media equipment that you can borrow, including cameras, tripods, lighting and backdrops, GoPros, 360 cameras, microphones, OSMO equipment and podcast equipment.
Hive tip: Borrow the equipment from the library and book our podcast space at 8 Centre Street to record your podcast, create video content, take product photos or work on your next creative project!
MPL also offers free business programming, online business resources, business books and reading lists to help local entrepreneurs start, learn and grow.
